During 2021 and 2022 I had the honour of interviewing, on radio, people who have been involved in the field of Development Education in Ireland from the 1960s to the present day. Together, the series of interviews, in eight one hour shows, provides a contribution towards an oral history of Development Education in Ireland, from the 1960s to the present day.
This is the fourth in a series of eight programmes.
Programme 4 – 1990s and 2000s onwards: Robin Hanan, Mariam Olusoji and Stephen McCloskey
In this 4th programme in our series we meet people who have been involved with Dev Ed in different ways in the 1990s and early 2000s. I am delighted to welcome Robin Hanan, Mariam Olusoji and Stephen McCloskey, each from different walks of life and different parts of the Island or Ireland and beyond.
I am delighted to recognise your immense contribution to this sector and thank you for sharing your experience with us here at CRY.
My thanks to Mariam, Robin and Stephen. I salute your immense contribution to the DE movement. Thank you for sharing your experience with a wider public.
